Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
